1. Appointment Policy

We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis depending on staff availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.

4. Health and Safety

For the safety of our guests and staff, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for the guest or technician.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on the complexity of nail art, length, and specific products used during your service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

AVO Nails Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
